Exit I-85 at H280 then onto Salem. One mile after Salem turn left at CR254 and proceed approximately one mile to "covered bridge" turnoff. Turn left at this juncture for 2.4 miles, the turn left to road that leads to CHP. Salem lookout tower is replaced by a multitude of radio towers.
