Russell County High Point Trip Report

Exit H280 at CR28 (DeLorme page 47). Could not locate any signs referencing CR28, but believe Sandfort Road is one in the same. CHP is approx. 3-4 miles down CR28, an obvious spur off to the right going up to, I believe, a water tank. It's completely enclosed by a barbed-wire-topped fence. To the left of the gate that crosses the road is a smaller locked pedestrian gate which, when pushed hard, will open up to give access to CHP. Be sure to close/relock gate on departure.
