When Bob Walko completed Arizona there were only 14 counties in the state. Since then, La Paz county has been split off from Yuma county, and Bob has never gone back and visited Signal Peak (the highpoint of Yuma county).

However since he had visited all county highpoints which existed AT THAT TIME, his "first" remains official.
