I did not find the first mapped fork that Suttle refers to but it's pretty straightforward to follow the ATV track to the summit area. Be prepared for lots of dusty vehicular traffic on a weekend.

I was unable to determine which of the three candidates is highest and would personally not claim the county without visiting all three.
