The COHP area is being cleared in preparation for a new house. In addition to the natural HP (which is still intact), a nearby plowed-up mound of dirt was about 4' higher so we ascended that, too.

We arranged this cohp visit through Loro Paterson -- she's great! Loro does this on her own time; be flexible. The owner was friendly and surprised that people from Seattle were coming down to visit his HP. (As a token of our thanks and in order to further good will, we brought small gifts for both Loro and the property owner; they were happily surprised and appreciative.)
