Cobb Mountain west rim (4,480+ ft)

We drove to the end of Pinewood Way, and parked across the road from the last
house on the left, which appeared unoccupied at the time. There is now a locked
and posted gate about 150 feet beyond this point. We followed the jeep road
over the east summit to the middle summit. Here, we found a register on top of
a jumble of boulders. No one had signed it in about a year and a half.
From there we dropped steeply down to a saddle, and then up to the west rim.
We returned the same way and saw no one all day (of course).
