Garfield County Highpoint Trip Report

Flat Top Mountain (12,354 ft)

We arrived at the trailhead by Stillwater at 6:30 pm, by 6:45 we were hiking. The approximately 5-mile trip up took 1 hour 45 minutes. There is no trail on the upper portion on the ridgeline. It is all cross country across slowly climbing ridgeline. The return trip took 1 hour 15 minutes. We then drove back down the road and camped at the campground near the Mandall Lakes trail. Asleep at 10:30 pm.
