Sedgwick County Highpoint Trip Report

I secured the necessary permission from the Sedgwick owner. The owner's phone number has changed: Steve Starkebaum at 970-774-7437.

We had no problems finding the barn just off CR3. The wind had died down. We followed the east-west fence line, crossed a north-south fence just past the barn, then found the Sedgwick-Logan fence line. We quickly ascertained where the hp was along the fence line, just a few yards to the south of this corner. There was a concrete block and a large stump marking the hp.

Hike statistics: 1.6 miles and 33 minutes round trip with a 1:51 pm start.
