Hardee County High Point Trip Report

From Bradley Junction (above) go south on FL 37 just about to the 4-county junction of Polk,
Hillsborough, Hardee, & Manatee (and where the diagonally opposite counties don't touch!).
The topo shows several areas surrounded by 135-foot contour lines in
Manatee Co. near FL 37, but this area, too, has been (and is being) strip-mined,
by the same outfit. They've chewed up several square miles of Florida real estate in the process.
Hardee Co., on the other hand, looks as if it is still all in one piece.
However, access may be a problem for the southernmost of the two areas.
