Holmes County Highpoint Trip Report

I followed Fred Lobdell's excellent directions and his trip report from seven years ago is still valid. In my opinion, the southern contour needs to be visited. Scouting from the road to the east, the farm and contour do look to be the same height but, when viewed from BM 312, the contour in the field is significantly higher. The farm house is Padgett's Farm, which appears to be a semi-commercial outfit. They are closed Sundays, so I was unable to get permission but the field isn't posted so I bagged it.
