The HP area is located near 95th Street & Bell Road, also called C2W, adjacent to a golf-ball shaped radome owned by the US government. Road C2W is paved and has been built/paved south 1/2 mile that is not marked on the Volga 7.5-minute map. The county roads through and around Volga are also not marked on the map.
