From US 59 and CR A-48, West of Melvin, IA, zero odometer.

0.0 Highway 59 at A-48 - go east on A-48
2.0 Town of Melvin - go through town. Turn right (south) on CR L-50 (Sorrell Avenue)
4.0 County line at 270th Street - turn left (east)
4.1 Crest in road - park.

After leveling, I determined that the high point is at the road. A gimme. I saw a red fox run into the cornfield as I got there. Beautiful animal.
