O'Brien County Highpoint Trip Report

I once again followed Bill Schuler’s report and found the HP without incident. I also ran into the Ragbrai for the second and third times: once on US-59 and once in "downtown" Melvin. Melvin is apparently a big stopover this year, and it was jammed with riders, support crews, and well-wishers. It took me 15 minutes to inch through the 7 blocks of town through the throngs of people. I'm guessing that any other day of the year will more than likely not yield as much of a traffic headache.
