My wife and I had a little trouble finding highway 45 as we were looking for road indicators for it on I-84.
You HAVE to take the alt I-84 into Nampa to find highway 45 heading south. Once you accomplish that,
then it is a matter of just following the information given by Ken Jones and Michael Schwartz. This is a
relatively easy CoHp to pick up and shouldn't take more than an hour to do so.
From the top of Pickles Butte
there are some expansive views but the area itself is very much used by dirt bikers and target shooters.
I'm not sure I have ever seen so many empty shotgun shell casings as I saw scattered just about
everywhere in the vicinity.
