Oneida County High Point Trip Report
Date: July 18, 2001
Author: Bob Martin
There are two potential high points on Oxford Mountain. The northern one, shown on the topo as Oxford Peak,
has an elevation of 9282 at the benchmark. South of that is an unnamed 9280+ point. Using the level
from each, and ignoring the cemented cairn on Oxford Peak, neither of us could say conclusively which was higher.
We both felt the southern point is likely to be higher.
