John Mitchler's 2000 report is still valid, but there has been a major road renumbering along the approach. The former junction of US 67 and IL 267, just north of Godfrey is now completely remarked. US 67 now goes left (straight), and the road you want, which bears right (northwest) is now signed as IL 111. Simply bear right (northwest) onto IL 111 and follow John's report from there.
