Washington County High Point Trip Report

From I-64, take Exit 61 and head south on US 51. After just 0.8 mile, turn right (west) on an unsigned street in Richview. This is First South Street (odd name). Go 0.25 mile and turn left (south) on Hickory Street. Go 1 block, and veer right on Broadway. Go 1 mile and turn left (south) onto Angela Drive. Go 0.3 mile south to its end. Look to the right (west) for a lane than extends south just 25 feet west of a house's driveway. This lane goes 0.2 mile into the field and ends. Take the lane back to the road and go left (west) about 0.2 mile to a house on the left (south). This house is likely higher than the field area because of farm erosion of the latter.
