From the intersection of Indiana 58 and US 231 in the small settlement of Farlen, drive north on US 231 for about 1.1 miles. As the road descends into a ravine, watch for a faint drive up the hill to the east. Pull off the highway, park here and hike up the drive to some old abandoned buildings. When you near the buildings, you will see a path going south up into an open pasture.

I found the highest spot to be out in the pasture, several feet east of the fence and a large fence post at coordinates (38 deg 51.864 min N, 86 deg 55.182 min W).
