Ripley County High Point Trip Report

This highpoint is located in a field of cattle. I happened to stop by while a barnyard worker was on duty. He allowed me to hike up to the windmill on the highest point assuring me that the cows wouldn't eat me. (I do believe that he previously knew of the land being the highest ground in the county.)
