Ellis County Highpoint Trip Report

It was raining heavily during the entire hike. I had a golf umbrella which was useful as the rain was blowing hard from the north (in my face on the hike up). There is an area to the north and one to the east that looked close in elevation but the topo makes it clear that there is only one highpoint possibility in Ellis county.
