Kiowa County High Point Trip Report

two areas (2,440+ ft) and one area (2,450+ ft)

The large 2,450+ ft area dominates, with the other two areas being out of contention.

From the junction of KS34 and US54 at Bucklin, drive south 4 miles on KS34 and 4.6 miles east on a crossroad to the high point on the road. This is at the north end of the big contour. A lot of walking is needed to cover the entire contour. After checking from both ends, I believe the high part is near the north end. The 2 other areas are lower.
