Just south of exit 191 off Interstate 64, from the junction of US23 and KY3, follow KY3 west for 3.4 miles and turn left onto a paved road, and follow this 0.6 mile to a T and turn right, then go 1.2 miles and turn left onto Bowling Lane. Follow this paved road 1.3 miles to the road crest and turn left into a gravel drive to the house of Mr. Osborne. Ask permission to hike up the radio tower road from the end of his driveway. This road is gated, but not posted, and reaches the tower and highpoint after about 400 - 500 feet.
