I proceeded to Minden LA. Ted Hinton, a member of the Bonnie and Clyde posse, wrote of seeing Bonnie and Clyde just outside of Minden a few days before the ambush. I found the road north-east towards Germantown and drove to the HP of the parish and of Kisatchie National Forest - just off the road, undistinguished and heavy with briars.
