TLDR: LiDAR places the HP at spot 8947

    Took a good look at Sonsella Buttes with LiDAR
    https://apps.nationalmap.gov/3depdem/
    There is LiDAR coverage in this area.

    First attachment shows LiDAR elevations for four contenders.
    
    Second shows 1 meter LiDAR contours, with point 9005
    (LiDAR elevation) in red. Per LiDAR The 9005 point
    is 4 meters higher than the areas to the north.

    There is obviously an issue with the quad - a 8947 spot
    does not belong in a 8960+ 40 contour. Perhaps 8997
    was written improperly as 8947 ?
