When the contour interval is set to 1 meter one tiny
area right on the county line is the HP at about 31.40
meters at 36.23255, -77.21837. This is shown in the
Bertie 31.40 meters.jpg file.

When the contour interval is then set to "Dynamic"
the above area enlarges, and 5 more areas emerge.
The need to visit these areas depends on both the
accuracy of LiDAR and the exact location of the
county line. (Here is where I punt ;)
