Images show the highest area per LiDAR.
HP at -76.76666 W 36.51691 N, WGS 1984, 25.08 Meters.
This small area is seen when the contour interval is set to
Dynamic. A 24.98 dark contour defines the area,
the next contour lower is 23.98.

When the contour interval is changed to 1 meter the small area vanishes,
and we get several areas tied for COHP. The highest contours now are
23.23 and 24.22. The next contour would be about 25.2, which is above
the high ground.

If we spot check contenders a few miles (or less) away we see elevations like:
