Take exit 42A off I-95 onto MA 114 south. MA 125 joins 114 at about 1 mile, and should be followed south when it bears right at 1.6 miles. Turn left off 125 onto Prospect Road at 3.4 miles, and park at 3.8 miles, at the start of a marked "fire lane."

Hike up either the road or the marked trail to the summit. There are tanks and a fenced-in fire tower on top, plus a nice array of planted "solstice stones." The hill was socked in this rainy day, but it appeared that the view would be excellent on a clear day.

Note: Holt Hill in Andover is on the Ward Reservation. It is land owned by The Trustees of Reservations and as such has limited access.
