Description of HighPoint: The HighPoint is in the vicinity of a large TV Tower and
could be the site of the house. The tower is marked "American Tower Site # 213,
1-800-621-0501 http://www.americantower.com". The house is 1985 Fields Road.
The back of the "Road Closed to Thru Traffic" was marked "Highest Point in AA county"
with an arrow using a "permanent" marker by the author in July 1998.
There are a few other smaller 300ft areas close-by but this seems to have the highest probability.
