Carroll County Highpoint Trip Report

From the Montgomery/Howard County HPs, continue north on MD 27 through Mt Airy, pass a Mail Pouch barn on your right. After about 25 miles, come to Manchester, MD. Turn left (north) onto Route 30 and follow previous directions.

I relied heavily on Dan Case's which were right on the money. The ATV trail mentioned is still there and takes you to about 100 yards from the HP via a mowed path. The actual HP area is very overgrown, so finding it is a good faith effort. The field is planted in corn this year.
