Carroll County Highpoint Trip Report

We passed by to scout it, and noted the fields were bare -- too hard to resist. I made a quick hike from a high spot on Yingling Road to the obvious HP hump. The rain was steady and the fields were muddy but I did okay by trying to stay on vegetation when possible. The HP hump, as others report, in a brambly mess. I made two precarious walks into the brambles then called it good. Looking around it seemed to be the HP.
