Many sources will get you to Still Pond. From there, as noted by Mike Schwartz, go 1.7 miles on MD 292 and turn onto Still Pond Neck Road. I thought the light tower was at 4.6 miles (cumulative). I'm not certain just what that particular tower does but it is very obvious on the left side of the road. After that, look for the tower on the right side of the road near a log house.

The 102 ft spot elevation is in the open field across from the log house. There are heavy briars but they may be circumvented easily enough. By observation, this area is clearly higher than the area north of the road and in the front yard of the log house.
