Note: This report is along the Interstate 75 corridor and mileages start from the Interstate median.

Driving directions

From I-75, exit 282 and MI-32, zero odometer.

0.0 I-75 and MI-32 - go West on MI-32.
2.3 Road name changes to C-42 - go straight (west).
4.8 C-42 turns left (south) - turn right onto Franchowiak Road,
then immediately left (west) onto an unmarked dirt road.
5.5 Water treatment plant - park.

Hiking directions

Get permission to climb, then skirt the plant and go about 0.3 mile northwest to the ridge. I topped out on the southwest point (the spot elevation 1,489 ft), then went northeast 0.3 mile to cover the two other points of 1,476+ ft.
