Access the benchmark area by Stonegate Lane. Climb onto the front yard of a house north of the road and go around the corner of the house. I did not find the BM. I went to the western area(s) too.

Access them off of Highpoint Court and the next cul-de-sac to the south. These are also climbs into front yards.
