Scales Lookout Tower

From Holly Springs on Highway 7, turn east on Highway 4 and drive 8.9 miles and turn right onto Scales Tower Road. Drive south on this gravel road for 2.9 miles to a dirt road that goes east 0.15 mile to a gate next to the highpoint. Park and hike up to the top, which has a fenced-in communications tower. The area inside the small fence doesn't seem to be any higher than the area outside.
