Powder River County High Point Trip Report

The HP areas for Powder River are off on ranch roads, and they have changed a little since the map was published. Most important change is "go west of the cattle tank located 1/2 mile west of the big HP area." I got back to public roads at Ridge MT 1 hour 20 minutes after leaving the Carter County highpoint.
