Mount Olympus (7,969 ft)

Date: September 3, 1967
Author: John Roper

USGS Mount Olympus. DeLorme: p76/B3. S33-T27N-R8W.

This is the king of the Olympics, of course, and the farthest west Washington County HP. The approach involves a looong 17-mile hoof in, up the Hoh River and Glacier Creek. The Blue Glacier can get pretty icy. See the Olympic Mountain guide.
