Richland Balsam (6410 ft)

Blue Ridge Pkwy. (BRP) southeast of Great Smoky Mountains NP. Easy hike. Park along the BRP south of this balsam knob and take the well-used narrow trail to the summit. Sit on the bench at the summit. The balsams block your view. The trees also have covered the BM. Thanks to Fred Lobdell for leading me up this one. We did not Martinize it as we used the parking space one over from nearest the trail.
