Pamlico County Highpoint Trip Report

After hitting the three points, I'm certain the large 50 foot contour contains
the cohp. The two on either side of NC 55 barely rise above the road and the
road isn't even at 50 feet. The ground in the large contour rises appreciably
from the road and the road itself is within the contour.
The large contour requires tramping around a few yards to be sure of the high point.
One of the friendly landowners knew his property was on the high point
or Mount Pamlico, as he called it.
