I arrived at the road closure gate at dusk. Apparently, the gate is closed after 11/15. I jogged the road up to the green trail and quickly ascended the icy trail to the summit. Even in the dark with an icy trail, this is an extremely easy hike. Despite the admonitions at the trailhead about the green trail, it is not particularly steep or difficult.
