Diamond Peak (10,614 ft)

We drove to the 8,400' pass just west of Alpha Peak. Rain looked threatening, we got a flat on the way in, and not many days were left, so we bailed on this one. Passenger car might make it to about 1/2 mile north of Newark Summit. Hike up ridge should not be too bad unless it is rockier than expected.
