Used the usual route from Chazy Lake Road, not bad when dry. If you climb the tower, step only over metal and don't trust wood on landings. By eye I would say the ledge by the tower is higher than the other one but it's no trouble to visit both and be sure.

Spent an hour searching scrub for higher point but didn't find one, did find clearing with road up from the north which may be for wind power. Also found golf ball with red stripe in midst of thicket, can't imagine how it got there.
