Richmond County Highpoint Trip Report

Followed previous trip reports off of I-278. Very straightforward.
Mitchler and Howard's excellent directions will get you a convenient place to park
without the issue of having to overcome large curbs. Easy walk up through the woods.
I felt the CoHP was obvious to the south of the dirt pipeline right of way
(i.e., not on the tower side). This was 9 minutes from Interstate to CoHP.
On the way out, I noted a sign at the northwest side of the Todt Hill Road and
Ocean Terrace intersection stating that Todt Hill was the "Highest point on the
Atlantic Seaboard South of Maine". Not certain I fully agree with that but I
suppose it is all in how you measure things.
