Tioga County High Point Trip Report

I came up Robinson Hollow Road from the southwest and descended to NY 38 via Matson Road, aptly dubbed the "You Have Got To Be Joking Road" by Dan Case. It's a major shortcut, but a very rough ride.

Directions from the southwest: From NY 79, about 1/4 mile east of the Tioga/Tompkins County line, take Robinson Hollow Road northeast. Bear right (straight) at 0.9 mile; go left at crossroads at 3.2 miles; reach dirt road on left at 3.5 miles. Short walk or drive to summit.
