Tioga County Highpoint Trip Report

I didn't expect to get to Cortland or Tioga Counties on this trip so I didn't make contact with Mr. Stokes Young. On arriving at the gate to Mr. Young's posted property, I continued to the next drive which had a Century 21 "For Sale" sign and the chain that was lowered to the ground, so we drove up the lane. We found the owner and a real estate agent who were waiting for a potential buyer. The neighbor stated that the they looked after each others property and has frequent contact with Mr. Young but didn't have his phone number with him, so I gave him my name card to give to Mr. Young.
