Guess what: I didn't use Mike Schwartz’s report on this mountain. I used Ken Akerman's. A great hike on a beautiful day. A bit cooler than the previous week before the thunderstorms. It was a Saturday and there were lots of people on the trail. The parking lot at the trailhead on my return was over-packed with vehicles.
