Hamilton County Highpoint Trip Report

Not much has changed from the prior reports but we approached this point coming down I-74 from Indianapolis, so took the North Bend Road exit and followed that road to the water tank/castle at the intersection with Colerain Avenue. There was no parking along the road due to construction but just below the hill off of Colerain is a small playground with a parking lot and provided a short walk up the grassy slope to the base of the castle. It was a far cry from Mt. Shasta or Whitney, but at least we got to stretch our legs after several hours in the car.
