Hancock County Highpoint Trip Report

I drove up US 68 and took county road 14 just south of Williamstown. I didn't see any tracks leading north to the high point as was mentioned in a six-year- old trip report but did see a couple of turn-offs. I parked at one a bit southeast of the high point and walked through a corn field and a patch of woods to an area that looks to get a good deal of visitation. A few woodpiles - some covered with a tarp - occupied the ground near what looked to be the highest area. The land near the turnoffs has signs reading "Hunting by permission only" but says nothing of foot traffic. About 1.2 miles round trip, including wandering.
