Update to Roxanne Everett's report. The green water tank on highest ground in the tank and antenna farm
has been replaced by a new tan tank and the area is now heavily posted and fenced, with warnings of
electronic monitoring. I visited the homeowners on the northern side of Eagledale Circle whose house abuts
the tank farm fence. They said the berm at the fence line is natural and it does look to be as high as anything
inside the fence. I then crossed the street to #788 Eagledale, and was escorted by the homeowner to the backyard.
There we found the Benchmark Kauffman 2 and I was allowed to pass through the gate into the
adjoining yard to stroll up to the true highpoint. This is reputed to be a small Indian mound and was noted
as such as far back as 1938 on the BM data sheet, before the area was developed.
