Jackson County High Point Trip Report

HP of the Navajo Mountains. After Bob Martin's experience with "Comanche Peak" and missing valve- cores May 24th, he wanted to obtain permission before climbing this peak. We obtained permission from the son of the property-owner, south-southeast of the peak, and hiked up the tower-access road from their residence, about 2:00 hours round-trip. There are nice views of the surrounding mountains, plains and the North Fork of the Red River from on top.
