From paved FS53, turn right on FS5326. Drive 5.7 miles and turn right on small road #030. Go 0.4 mile uphill to the gate. Park and walk road up through pleasant open pine forest to the summit, which has communication towers on top.

Round trip total of 4 miles, with approximately 1,000 feet of elevation gain.
